Heat castor sugar in a small deep non-stick pan. Add 1¼ cups water and cook till sugar melts. Add salt and lemon juice, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.2. Blend together strawberries, blueberries and sugar syrup to make a smooth mixture. Strain the mixture in another bowl and set aside for 5-10 minutes. 3. Transfer in an air-tight container, cover and freeze for 8-10 hours.4.
