Fresh Strawberry Cake with Strawberry Cream
Ingredients :
Strawberries – 2 cup(Puree them)
Strawberry Sponge :
Fresh dahi/curd – 1 cup
Powdered sugar – 1 cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – ½ tsp
Refined oil – ½ cup
Wheatf flour – 1 1/4th cup
Strawberry custard powder – 1/4th cup
(Vanilla custard powder/Cornflour can also be used)
Stawberry pulp – ½ cup
Pink gel colour – few drops optional

Strawberry cream:
Whipping Cream – ½ cup
Powdered/Icing sugar – 1/4th cup
Strawberry pulp – 1/4th cup
Strawberries sliced

Measurement Cup – 200ml
