Strawberry Chiffon Cake -

Love the moist and cotton light texture with hint of strawberry & lemon zest aroma. Decide to serve it in a thick slice with some creamy Greek yogurt, strawberry & drizzle of raw honey.

Ingredients: (20cm tin)
5 egg yolks
20g sugar
100g fresh strawberry
30ml corn / grape seeds oil
100g cake flour + 1/2 tsp baking powder
zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp vanilla extract

5 egg whites
80g sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice

50g dried blueberry

*note:
- egg used is 55g with shell
- pure 100g strawberry with 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Lemon zest is optional
- lemon juice can be replaced with 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
