This is an absolute delight of a recipe which is super simple.STRAWBERRY AND CHOCOLATE MOUSSEIngredients15-20 fresh strawberries 1 cup chopped milk chocolate1 cup fresh cream1½ cups whipping creamChocolate wafer sticks for garnishMethod1. To make ganache, heat fresh cream in a non-stick pan, add milk chocolate and mix, cook on low heat till the chocolate melts.2. Take the pan off the heat and transfer the chocolate ganache into a bowl and allow to cool to room temperature.3. Whip the whipping cream with an electric hand beater till soft peaks appear. Transfer into a piping bag.4. Put the whipped cream in the chocolate ganache and gently fold it. 5. Chop 12-15 strawberries and slice the remaining.6. To serve, put a portion of the chopped strawberries into serving glasses. Pipe out the chocolate mousse. 7. Garnish with strawberry slices and chocolate wafer sticks. Serve.
