Strawberry Surprise Cake Pops
1 cake (I used a boxed cake mix and baked it according to package directions)
1 can vanilla or chocolate frosting
12 small strawberries, greens removed
8oz semi-sweet chocolate
sprinkles

Crumble the cake into a large bowl. Add frosting and stir to combine. Wrap about 2 tablespoons of cake mix around each strawberry and roll it until it forms a ball. Once you’ve finished all of the cake, place balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Remove them from the freezer and gently add a candy stick to each, being careful not to go straight the cake pop.
Using a double boiler or the microwave, gently melt the chocolate. Dip each cake pop in the chocolate until it’s completely covered. Decorate with sprinkles and all cake pops to set for at least 30 minutes.
