Back in China for the remainder of season 5, Streetfood heads North to the capital city of Gansu Province, Lanzhou. We'll be spending a few weeks in Lanzhou and sampling all kind of street food, but for our first episode, we're eating some lamb on a hot plate: Tie Ban Yang Rou 铁板羊肉!
