Imli Chutney Preparation
Ingredients
1/2 cup Jaggery
1/2 cup Tamarind
1/2 cup Dates, seedless
2 cups Water
1/2 teaspoon Fennel Powder
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder'
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/2 teaspoon Dry Ginger Powder
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
Salt, to taste

Bhel Puri Preparation
Ingredients
1 cup Puffed Rice
2 tablespoon Tomato, chopped
2 tablespoon Onion, chopped
1 teaspoon Lime Juice
1 Green Chilli, chopped
Coriander Leaves
1 tablespoon Carrot, grated
1 tablespoon Mango, grated
1/4 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/4 teaspoon Chaat Masala
1 teaspoon Green Chutney
1 teaspoon Imli Chutney
1 tablespoon Kara Boondi
1 tablespoon Chivda (Sev)
Salt, to taste

Recipe 2: Egg Burji
Ingredients
5 Eggs
Salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1 teaspoon Oil
1 tablespoon Butter
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
2 Green Chilli, finely chopped
1 inch Ginger, crushed
1 medium Tomato, finely chopped
