Street Food Vietnam Fried Shrimp Bread [Banh Mi Chien Tom] | Street Food And Travel

Hi everyone, in this video i introduce you a Vietnamese Street Food. It's Banh Mi Tom Chien (Fried Shrimp Bread). In sea side there are many sea food, people create many food made from sea food like this.
Combine flour, sugar, salt, turmeric powder and water. Whisk until batter is smooth. Take a slice of bread and place shrimp on top of the bread. Place the toast face-side down in the skillet. Flip the toast over and cook in the other side for 2-3 minutes
When you travel to Can Gio island (an intreresting destination near HCMC, Vietnam) you can try this food. Just 5,000vnd/pcs (under $1 )
