Street Style Tawa Lobia Bun Kabab #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #digitalammi Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/472YZhxServes 4-5 Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Ghee (Clarified butter) 3-4 tbs-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped tbs-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 5-6-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 medium-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed tsp-Karahi masala tbs-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed tsp-Water 3-4 tbs -Stock cube 1-Water 3-4 tbs -Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Lal lobia (Red kidney beans) boiled 1 & Cup-Water 3-4 tbs -Water 3-4 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2-3-Water 3-4 tbs (if required) -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions:-On a griddle,add clarified butter & let it melt.-Add garlic & mix well.-Add button red chillies,mix well & saut for a minute. -Add tomatoes,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes,cover & cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft (4-5 minutes) then mix well.-Add coriander seeds,karahi masala,Kashmiri red chilli powder,cumin seeds & mix well.-Add water,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.-Add stock cube,water,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates (2-3 minutes). -Add salt & mix well.-Add red kidney beans & mix well.-Add water,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.-Add green chillies & mix well (if required,add water). -Sprinkle fresh coriander & serve with pav buns!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Ghee (Clarified butter) 3-4 tbs-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped tbs-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 5-6-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 medium-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed tsp-Karahi masala tbs-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed tsp-Water 3-4 tbs -Stock cube 1-Water 3-4 tbs -Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Lal lobia (Red kidney beans) boiled 1 & Cup-Water 3-4 tbs -Water 3-4 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2-3-Water 3-4 tbs (if required) -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions:-Tawa per ghee dal ker melt ker lein.-Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Sabut lal mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya saut ker lein.-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per tamatar naram ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes) phir ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Sabut dhania,karahi masala,Kashmiri lal mirch powder aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2 minutes kliya paka lein.-Stock cube aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes). -Namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Lal lobia dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan muix ker lein (agar zarorat ho tou pani dal dein).-Hara dhania dal dein aur pav buns ka saath serve karein!
