STREET TACOS - Small tacos with chicken filling!

Learn how to make - aka assemble - some just-bigger-than bite size tacos for your friends and family to enjoy. (And you!)

Lightly grill corn tortilla until warm/hot on both sides.
Keep warm and add grated, mild cheese - Monterey Jack would be a OK choice
Add hot, chopped grilled chicken
Top with chopped white onions, cilantro, guacamole, and optionally grilled fruit (pineapple recommended)

Serve with a slice of lime and enjoy!
