Ingredients:
K&N’s Mortadella as required
Bread slices as required
Mozzarella cheese (shredded) as required
Egg 1 (beaten)
Ingredients for vegetable spread:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Cream 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
Capsicum (chopped) 1/4 cup
Cucumber (chopped) 1/4 cup
Carrot (chopped) 1/4 cup
Sweet corn 1/4 cup
Black olives (chopped) 2 tbsp
Ingredients for hot mayo sauce:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Directions:
1. In a bowl add mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lemon juice, red chili flakes, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well and your hot mayo sauce is ready. Set aside.
2. Take another bowl and add mayonnaise, cream, salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, mustard paste, carrot, capsicum, cucumber, sweet corn and black olives in it. Mix all the ingredients and your veggie spread is ready. Set aside.
3. Prepare
K&N’s Mortadella as per the instructions on the pack. Set aside.
4. Take sandwich bread and cut circles of it according to your K&N’s Mortadella size. And roll gently.
5. Spread prepared hot mayo sauce on the bread circles then place prepared K&N’s Mortadella slice on top add prepared veggie spread on it, then top it with cheese and close it with bread circle. Brush edges with water and gently press the edges to seal them. Brush your bread patties with egg and set aside.
6. Option 1: fry your bread patties each side for 2 to 3 minutes on medium low flame until light golden brown
7. Option 2: bake your bread patties in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes.
8. Your delicious mortadella stuffed bread patties are ready to serve.
