Stuffed Cabbage Rolls Recipe Finely Wrapped Cabbage Leaves Cabbage Wraps with Meat and Olive oil

Turkish style and Mediterranean style cabbage wraps were made in this video
There is also a version of this dish with lamb chops placed on the bottom.
Ingredients for making cabbage wraps
large cabbage
minced beef
liquid sunflower oil and olive oil will be used
onion
a pot of salt water
1 cup of rice
half a glass of bulgur
spices
black pepper, paprika, cumin, dried mint and salt
pepper paste and tomato paste
tomato, since we are in the winter season, we use homemade natural tomato juice

Cut the tip of the cabbage deeply
add the cabbage to a tray and leave it in the open air
we leave the cabbage in the sun for 1 or 2 days to wrinkle, so it will not tear and it will have a soft texture
fill a deep bowl with cold water and wash the cabbage leaves
You can soak the vegetables in vinegared water and wash them to be thoroughly clean.
Leave the cabbage leaves in boiling water until they soften, this timing will take up to 2 minutes by my calculation
soak the leaves in boiling water for a total of 2 minutes and remove them on a tray.
Cut out the thick parts of the cabbage leaves and place them on the bottom of the pot
Since the cabbage leaves will be on these fibers, it will prevent possible burning of the food.

Add the chopped onions to a pan and add the liquid sunflower oil
Fry the onions and add the olive oil after some time has passed.
Add tomato paste and pepper paste
add the spices and mix
add tomato juice and mix
Add 1 glass of water and boil for 5 minutes
Drain the soaked rice and add it to the deep bowl
add the bulgur, add minced meat and mix
Add the mixture you have prepared in the pan hot and mix with a spoon
The prepared mixture is added to the leaves in a measured way and wrapped in a slightly thin and long way and compressed.
If you overfill it, the rice and bulgur will grow when cooked, causing the leaves to scatter.
Generally, one person does not do this job, it is done faster with the help of 3 - 4 people.

Add some olive oil and cover a plate over the cabbage wraps
add boiling water, the amount of boiling water may be less than half an centimeter from cabbage
Cover the pot and cook over low heat for 50 minutes
After turning off the fire of the food, leave it to rest for 1 hour, you can serve after waiting for the meal.
Cabbage is a vegetable that grows abundantly in our region, it is quite healthy and quite cheap, we have no reason not to make this dish during the winter months, frankly, children can love to eat the cabbage made in this way.
