In a bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garlic powder, carom seeds, baking soda, salt, water, Shan Chaat Masala and mix well. 2. Take a whole green capsicum, dip in the prepared batter and deep fry until golden brown. 3. Stain and keep aside and cool down to room temperature. 4. Cut the fried capsicum into two equal parts. 5. Remove the seeds and keep aside. 6. In a bowl add onion, potatoes, sweet corn, tomatoes, coriander leaves, carrot, tamarind sauce, red chili powder, shan chaat masala, lemon juice, salt and mix well. 7.
