Written Recipe: http://bit.ly/2He4tuQVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @HealthyFoodFusion & @FoodFusionKids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Mango stuffed KulfiRecipe in English:Ingredients:-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre-Condensed milk Cup or to taste-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp-Badam (Almonds) crushed 15-20-Rose water 1 tbs-Khoya crumbled 50 gms-Aam (Mango)-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 1 tsp or as required -Badam (Almonds) crushedDirections:-In pot,add milk and bring it to boil.-Add condensed milk,mix well and cook until milk is reduced to half and keep stirring in between.-Add cardamom powder,almonds,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.-Add rose water and mix well.-Add khoya and mix well.-Let it cool down.-For the mango,cut off the crown and mark the seed with your knife.-Scoop of the seed from the mango (you can use a tong to remove the seed).-Place the mango on a glass or a bowl on which it can stand.-Add desiccated coconut and fill the kulfi mixture into the mango (makes 3-4).-Cover the mango with the crown and let it freeze for 10-12 hours or overnight on the glass so that the kulfi sets well in the mango.-When the kulfi sets,peel the mango skin and cut into slices.-Sprinkle crushed almonds & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre-Condensed milk Cup or to taste-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp-Badam (Almonds) crushed 15-20-Rose water 1 tbs-Khoya crumbled 50 gms-Aam (Mango)-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 1 tsp or as required -Badam (Almonds) crushedDirections:-Pot mein doodh dal ker ubal lein.-Condensed milk dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur doodh adha reh janay tak paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatey rahein.-Elaichi powder aur badam dal ker ache tarhan mix ker karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.-Rose water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Khoya dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Thanda ker lein.-Aam ka upper ka crown cut karein aur knife ki madad sa seed ko mark ker lein.-Aam ka seed ko nikal lein (you can use a tong to remove the seed).-Aam ko kissi glass ya bowl mein rakh dein.-Khopra dal dein aur aam mein kulfi mixture ko dal dein (makes 3-4).-Aam ko crown sa cover karein aur aam ko glasss ka saath he 10-12 hours or overnight kliya freeze ker lein.-Jab kulfi set ho jaye tou aam ki skin ko peel karein aur slices mein cut ker lein.-Crushed badam dal ker serve karein.
