Indian Vegetarian recipe- stuffed Tinda or Bharwan tinda. This tinda recipe is also part of my everyday Indian lunch dinner recipe for home and work series. In this stuffed tinda, baby pumpkins are stuffed with aromatic spices and simmered on low heat till they are soft and properly cooked. Enjoy these yummy stuffed tinda with roti , chapatti or dal rice I am sure you will love it.

Here is the quick ingredient list of Stuffed tinda recipe:
• Tinda: 8-10,
• Cumin Seeds (Zeera): ½ tsp,
• Fennel Seeds (Saunf): ½ tsp,
• Red chilly powder (lal mirch): 1 tsp,
• Turmeric powder (Haldi): 1 tsp,
• Coriander powder (dhania): 2 tsp,
• Amchoor powder (dry mango or khatai): 1 tsp,
• Coriander leaves; 1 tbsp,
• Water; ¼ cup,
• Salt to taste,
• Oil for cooking
