Ingredients:-
For the Chutney:-
1½ tbsp. Split Chickpeas
8-10 Curry leaves
2 tbsp. Coriander leaves
8-10 Green chillies
½ tsp. Chaat Masala
2 pinches of Salt

For the Bhel:-
1 cup Puffed Rice
Puris
Dry sev
1 tbsp. Boiled potatoes, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Onion, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
The Dry Chutney mixed with lemon juice
Chaat Masala
Coriander leaves



Method:-
1. In a mixer/grinder, grind the chutney ingredients together without adding water.
2. In a bowl, mix together the Bhel ingredinets with the chutney and lemon juice.
3. Garnish with chaat masala and coriander leaves and serve.
