Ingredients/Method

1/2 Cup cooked Quinoa
1 cup blue berries and cherries
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
Salt and pepper per taste ( I used 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper and it was just perfect)

For dressing:

2 tbsp dijon mustard
1tbsp honey

Garnish with cilantro or parsley

Mix all the ingredients. Chill the salad and enjoy.
