Ingredients

1 cup Sub dried tomatoes
6 to 7 cloves fresh garlic
3 to 4 fresh green chillies
2 tablespoons pine nuts
A handful of fresh basil leaves
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Olive oil
4 White Bread
Butter
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese

Method :

1. Take a mixer jar, put the sun-dried tomatoes, Garlic, Pine Nuts, Green Chillies, Basil leaves, Salt, Lemon, Grind it.
2. Take the mixture in a bowl, add olive oil and mix it.
3. Cut the edges of the white bread and roll it flat. Apply butter on it, spread the Sun-dried.
4. Tomatoes Pesto and cheddar cheese and roll it in a round shape and cut it in slices.
5. Take the baking tray with butter paper and apply butter on it and place the Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Pinwheels, apply butter and spread some cheese on it.
6. Bake them at 180°c for 7-10 minutes.
