We'll give you a behind-the-scenes look at our best shows, take you inside our favorite restaurant and be your resource in the kitchen to make sure every meal is a 10/10!Sunny's Quick Chicken CheesesteakRECIPE COURTESY OF SUNNY ANDERSONLevel: EasyTotal: 35 minActive: 35 minYield: 4 servingsIngredientsCheese Sauce:8 to 10 ounces beer1 teaspoon Chicken Seasoning Blend, recipe follows1 teaspoon chipotle steak seasoning 2 cups shredded melting cheese blend Chicken:2 tablespoons olive oil1 white onion, chopped 1 1/2 pounds shaved chicken breast 1 to 2 teaspoons Chicken Seasoning Blend1/4 cup chicken stock, beer or water Sandwiches:4 hoagie rolls, splitMayonnaise Cherry pepper relish Chicken Seasoning Blend:2 teaspoons chicken seasoning1 teaspoon kosher salt1/2 teaspoon garlic salt Freshly ground black pepperDirectionsFor the cheese sauce: Combine 8 ounces of the beer, the Chicken Seasoning Blend and the chipotle steak seasoning in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Gradually whisk in the cheese; cook just until the cheese is melted, adding more beer if the sauce is too thick. Keep warm.For the chicken: Heat a cast-iron griddle over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and the onions and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the chicken, drizzle with the remaining tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with the Chicken Seasoning Blend. Cook until the chicken is browned, 5 to 8 minutes. Pour the chicken stock over the chicken and cook for another minute.To build sandwiches: Coat the bottom half of each hoagie roll with mayonnaise. Divide the chicken and onions among the rolls.
