All Purpose flour/ Maida - 1.5 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 3/4 cup

For Rose Milk :
Milk - 1 cup
Condensed Milk - 1/3 cup
Cream - 1/3 cup
Rooh f zah - 1 tbsp
Pink Food Colour - 1-2 drop (optioanl)

For Cream and garnishing:
Cream - 2/3 cup
Pistachios
Dried Rose Petals
