Super Energy Balls 3 ways - The Happy Pear Recipe

Here's our super energy ball recipe made 3 way's!
They take just 10 minutes to make and are great for children and adults alike! They are a great quick and filling snack, great one for lunch boxes!

Here's the recipe:

for the base:
100g cashew nuts
100g chopped dates
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons coconut oil
teaspoon of water

Green mint:
1/4 teaspoon of spirulina
2 drops from mint oil

Mocha Ball:
1 teaspoon of coffee
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder

Superfood Ball

Cocoa Nibs
Gojiberries
Bee Pollen
