Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
All Purpose Flour/ Maida - 1.25 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Cardamom Powder - 1tsp
Rose essence - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Milk - 1/2 cup

For sugar syrup :
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Water - 1 cup
Cardamom Powder/ Elaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Saffron Strands/ Kesar/ Zafran - 10-12 strands (optional)

For Creamy Glaze (optional)
Milk Powder - 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/4 cup
Milk -1-2 tbsp or as per need
