Enjoy this dish with roti anytime.Ingredients Yam 3 Cup (48 tbs), boiled Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) Kasoori methi 2 Tablespoon Ginger paste 1 Teaspoon Green chili paste 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 Pinch Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon Asafoetida 1 Pinch Salt 1 Teaspoon (to taste) Sugar 1 Teaspoon (to taste) Whole red dry chili 1 MediumDirectionsMAKING 1. Peel and boil yam in a cup of water and drain. 2. Into a bowl add the yam, yogurt, ginger paste, green chili paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, sugar to taste and salt to taste and mash well with a potato masher. 3. In a pressure cooker pot heat oil and temper mustard seeds, dry red chili, asafoetida and kasoori methi and stir. 4. Add the suvaran mixture and let it simmer for about 2 -3 minutes. SERVING 5. Serve with rotis or rice.
