Ingredients:
For Undhiyu Methi Muthia
Chopped Methi/Fenugreek leaves:- 1 cup
Besan:- 1 cup
Wheat flour:- 1/2 cup
Semolina:- 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder:- 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli powder:- 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste:- 1 teaspoon
Sugar:- 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil:- 1 tablespoon
Oil for frying

For Stuffing Masala
Desiccated Coconut:- 1 cup
Chopped Coriander Leaves:- 1/2 cup
Green Chilis:- 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Sugar:- 1 tsp
Cumin powder:- 1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder:- 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice:- 1 teaspoon
Oil:- 1 teaspoon
5-6 Baby Eggplants (Use Green and Purple)
Elephant foot:- 1 cup
Water mixed with Turmeric powder, sugar, cumin powder & salt
Pigeon peas:- 1/4 cup
Water:- 1 cup
Oil:- 1 tablespoon
Carrom seeds:-1 teaspoon
Hing a pinch
Chopped Surti Papdi:- 1/2 cup
Purple Yam (Peeled and Chopped):- 1 cup
1 Raw Banana
Potatoes chopped

For Garnishing
• Chopped chillies
