Ingredients:1 tbsp Ghee1 bowl Jaggery, grated1 cup water1 tsp Cardamom Powder1 tsp Lemon Juice2-3 sweet potatoes, boiledMethod:Place a pan on the stove and add ghee and heat it.Then add the Jaggery and cook it . When it starts dissolving, add water to it to make a syrup. Keep Stirring.Add cardamom powder & lemon juice and mix it & turn off the flame.Place the boiled & chopped sweet potatoes in a bowl and pour the jaggery syrup on top of it.Love our recipes?
