Sweet Potato In Jaggery Syrup || Sindhi Recipes ||Veena Gidwani | India Food Network

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Ghee
1 bowl Jaggery, grated
1 cup water
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice
2-3 sweet potatoes, boiled

Method:
Place a pan on the stove and add ghee and heat it.
Then add the Jaggery and cook it . When it starts dissolving, add water to it to make a syrup. Keep Stirring.
Add cardamom powder & lemon juice and mix it & turn off the flame.
Place the boiled & chopped sweet potatoes in a bowl and pour the jaggery syrup on top of it.
