Vegetable oil1 pinch of salt1 BeetrootFor frying:-2 tsp. Oil¼ tsp. Cumin seeds2 green chillies, finely chopped½ tsp. Ginger, grated3-4 tbsp. Gram flour½ tsp. Coriander powder½ tsp. Cumin powder½ tsp. Black pepper½ tsp. Red chilli powder1 tsp. Salt½ tsp. Aamchur powderMethod:-1. Take the sweet potatoes in an aluminium wrap and add oil and salt to them and bundle them up as shown. Do the same for the beetroot as well.2. Roast these in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes and let them cool down for 10-15 minutes.3. Unwrap from the foil and peel them.4. Mash them together thoroughly.5. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger, gram flour and roast for 3-4 minutes.6. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt, aamchur powder and mix it well.7. Now add the sweet potato and beetroot mash to the gram flour mixture and mix it well and transfer to a bowl.8. Shape the mixture into cutlets with oil-greased palms as shown in the video.9. Pour oil in a pan and fry the cutlets in it.
