Athika Palaharam Sweet Wada
Ingredients:
Urad dal - 1 cup
Coconut Milk - 1 cup
Salt - Pinch
Oil - For Deep Fry
Cardamom Powder
Method:
Take Bowl add 1 Cup of Urad Dal
Soak it for 1 Hour
Grind it into fine paste
Add a pinch of salt
Aerate it using a Whisk
Take a Pan add Oil for Deep frying
Make Small Dumplings in hot oil
Fry them till Golden Brown Colour
Take a pan Add Jaggery Powder
Add some Water
Add a glass of Coconut milk
Add Cardamom Powder
Don’t overcook it
Add fried dumpling & switch off flame
