स्वीटकॉर्न रायता | Sweetcorn Raita | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Sweetcorn kernels add a mild natural sweetness and crunch to the raita. Serve this with pulao or biryani and let it do its magic!

SWEETCORN RAITA

Ingredients

¾ cup boiled sweet corn kernels
1½ cups chilled yogurt
¾ tsp roasted cumin powder + for sprinkling
Black salt to taste
¼ tsp chaat masala
¼ tsp red chilli powder + for sprinkling
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves + for sprinkling

Method

1. Take yogurt in a large bowl. Add roasted cumin powder, black salt and chaat masala and whisk till smooth.
2. Add red chilli powder, coriander leaves and boiled sweet corn kernels and mix well.
3. Transfer the raita into a serving bowl, sprinkle red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and coriander leaves. Serve.
