If you are able or planning on incorporating grains in your diet, I believe that the less processed the better, Bulgur is very unprocessed wheat. Just cut into a couple of segments. Unprocessed grains are great for heart healthy recipes since they provide tons of fiber and are perfect with any diet, especially a vegan or plant-based diet.
