A must try !TADKA BREADIngredients 6-8 bread slices1 tablespoon oil2 green chillies1 teaspoon mustard seeds1 teaspoon cumin seedsA pinch asafoetida5-7 curry leaves1 medium onion, finely chopped¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon sugarSalt to taste1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leavesMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. 2. Roughly chop green chillies.3. Grind torn bread slices to make a coarse crumbs.4. Add mustard seeds to hot oil and let it splutter. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped chillies and curry leaves and mix well. Add onion, mix and sauté till golden.5. Add turmeric powder, sugar and salt and mix well. Add breadcrumbs and mix well. 6. Add some water and mix well. Add chopped coriander, mix, cover and cook for 3-5 minutes.7.
