This flavour dynamite is a great way to reinvent the everyday bread.TADKA ROTIIngredients4-6 leftover rotis1 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon mustard seeds1 teaspoon cumin seedsA pinch asafoetida5-7 curry leaves1 medium onion, finely chopped1 teaspoon red chilli powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powderSalt to taste1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leavesMethod1. Grind torn rotis to make a coarse powder. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves and mix well.3. Add onion and sauté on medium heat till golden. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well. 4. Add powdered rotis and mix. Add chopped coriander and mix well. Add some water, mix, cover and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes.5.
