Tahini Oatmeal Cookies

However you're doing back to school this year, these wholesome mini-macro snacks are packed with flavor and nutrients to keep you energized and fortified. Plus they also make a great treat. They're also incredibly allergy friendly as they are:

Gluten free

Dairy free

Nut free

Soy free

AND refined sugar free

Get the recipe:

1/2 cup Mighty Sesame Tahini
1/3-1/2 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Himalayan Pink Salt or sea salt
1 cup gluten-free quick oats
4 tablespoons golden ground flax meal
1/4-1/3 cup raisins or dark chocolate chips
