This Tandoori Starter dish is very easy to make at home.Ingredients:300 gms Baby Potatoes1 cup Curd1/2 tsp Ajwain1 tbsp Corn flour1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder2 tsp Tandoori Masala1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi1/2 tsp Black Salt2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste3 tsp OilSalt to tasteMethod: Prepare the marinate by mixing Curd, Ajwain, Corn flour, Kashmiri Chilli powder, Tandoori Masala, Kasuri Methi, Black Salt, Ginger Garlic paste, 1 tsp Oil and Salt to taste. Cook, peel and marinate the Baby Potatoes for 15 minutes. Skewer the Potatoes and Pan fry till crisp. Finally, roast over an open flame to get a tandoori effect. Serve hot.
