Tandoori Aloo Tikka | Indian Mom's Kitchen

This Tandoori Starter dish is very easy to make at home.
Ingredients:
300 gms Baby Potatoes
1 cup Curd
1/2 tsp Ajwain
1 tbsp Corn flour
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
2 tsp Tandoori Masala
1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi
1/2 tsp Black Salt
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
3 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method: Prepare the marinate by mixing Curd, Ajwain, Corn flour, Kashmiri Chilli powder, Tandoori Masala, Kasuri Methi, Black Salt, Ginger Garlic paste, 1 tsp Oil and Salt to taste. Cook, peel and marinate the Baby Potatoes for 15 minutes. Skewer the Potatoes and Pan fry till crisp. Finally, roast over an open flame to get a tandoori effect. Serve hot.
