Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Chicken mix boti 750g
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Tandoori masala 1 & tbs
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Safed channay (Chickpeas) 1 Cup (boiled with salt)
-Chickpea water Cup
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) fried Cup
-Adrak (Ginger) 2-inch piece
-Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 cloves
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Cooking oil Cup or as required
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked Cup
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder tbs
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) tbs
-Garam masala powder tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp
-Safed channay (Chickpeas) 2 Cups (boiled with salt)
-Chickpea water 2 Cups
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tsp
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Tandoori masala 1 tbs
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) tbs
-Baking soda tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-Make cuts on chicken pieces.
-In a bowl,add chicken,lemon juice,tandoori masala,salt,ginger garlic paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a jug,add boiled chickpeas,chickpea water,blend well & set aside.
-In a blender jug,add tomatoes,fried onion,ginger,garlic,green chillies,blend well & set aside.
-In a pot,add cooking oil,marinated chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.
-Now add blended tomato mixture,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add yogurt,kashmiri red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,turmeric powder & mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes.
-Take out chicken pieces from gravy & set aside.
-In remaining gravy,add boiled chickpeas & mix well.
-Add chickpea water,blended chickpea paste & mix well.
-Add green chillies,black pepper crushed,salt,cumin seeds,tandoori masala,dried fenugreek leaves, baking soda,fresh coriander & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until it thickens (8-10 minutes).
-In a serving plate,tandoori chicken,channa gravy & garnish with ginger,fresh coriander & serve!

-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-Chicken pieces per cuts laga lein.
-Bowl mein chicken,lemon juice,tandoori masala,namak aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Jug mein boiled safed channay aur channay ka pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Blender jug mein tamatar,fried pyaz,adrak,lehsan aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Ab blended tamatar mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Dahi,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,dhania powder,garam masala powder aur haldi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chicken pieces ko gravy mein sa nikal ker side per rakh dein.
-Remaining gravy mein boiled safed channay dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Channay ka pani aur blended channay ka paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hari mirchein,kali mirch crushed,namak,zeera,tandoori masala,kasuri methi,baking soda aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
-Serving plate mein tandoori chicken aur channa gravy dal dein,adrak aur hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
