In a bowl add chicken, chaat masala. Turmeric powder, red chili powder, vinegar, red food color, yogurt, oil, salt, garam masala powder and mix well. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes or overnight.2. Thread the marinated chicken on skewers.3. In a grill pan heat oil and place the marinated chicken skewers on it. Cook each side for 5-6 minutes. Take off flame and set aside. Save the leftover chicken tandoori marination for further use.Directions for Karahi Preparation:4. In a pot heat oil and butter and add ginger paste and garlic paste.
