Blend well until it’s in the powder form and keep it aside.Directions for Chicken marination:Now in a bowl, add small chicken chunks, tandoori masala and yogurt. Mix well and keep it aside for 15 mins.Directions for Mayo Sauce preparation:Now in a bowl, add mayo, mustard paste, red chili sauce, honey, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well and your sauce is ready.Directions for Tandoori chicken preparation:Now in a pan, add oil. When heated up, add chopped garlic and sauté for 1 min.Now, add the chopped onion and cook for almost 2-3 mins until translucent.Now add marinated chicken and cook for almost 8-10 mins or until the water dries.Place aluminum cup in the middle of the pan and put coal in it. Put oil on coal and cover with lid for 30 seconds.Remove the lid and your tandoori chicken is ready. Set aside.Directions for assembling:On a board, place bread slice.
