Recipe:

Jackfruit Filling -
600 gms jackfruit
1 tsp coriander leaves
1 tsp red chilli powder
12 tsp rock salt
1 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Mix these ingredients well in a large bowl

Marinade -
3 tbsp hung curd
3 tbsp chilli flakes chilli flakes
1/3 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Mix all these ingredients well

Mix the marinade and jackfruit together

Tandoor -
In the bowl, place a betel leaf and hot coal on top of the mixture
Put 1 tbsp ghee on the coal
Cover with oil for 10 minutes
Shallow fry the jackfruit pieces

Assembly -
In tart shells, put the jackfruit mixture, then top with makhani sauce, green chutney, finely chopped onion and chopped coriander.
