Ingredients:
For Marination:
Prawns: 250 gms (Youcan even take it more)
Salt: As per taste
Red Chilli powder: 2 Tsp
Garam Masala: 1 Tsp
A pinch of food color
Ginger Garlic paste: 1 1/2
Curd: 1/2 cup

For Gravy:
Tomatoes: 5-6 (Grated)
Onion: 2-3 (Finely chopped)
Turmeric powder: 1/2
Ginger, Garlic & Greenchillie paste: 2 Tsp
Red Chilli powder: 1 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala Powder: 1/4th Tsp
Coriander & Pudina: 1/2 Cup
A pinch of food color
Ghee

For Rice:
Biryani Rice: 750 gms
Bay leaves: 3-4
Salt as per taste
