Ingredients for Jackfruit Pickle
- Jackfruit - 500 grams
- Fennel seeds - 2 tbsp
- Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp
- Carom seeds - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Yellow mustard - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tbsp + 1 tsp (3.5 tsp)
- Kashmiri Red chilli - 2 tbsp
- Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
- Black cumin - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard oil - 3/4 cup
- Vinegar - 1/4 cup
