SOYABEAN VEGETABLE IS EASY TO MAKE AND LOVED BY ALL.

INGREDIENTS : -
* 150 GMS SOAYA CHUNKS
* 2 MEDIUM SIZE CHOPPED ONION
* 2 MEDIUM SIZE CHOPPED TOMATO
* 1 TBL SPN CHOPPED GINGER
* 2-3 SMALL SPICY GREEN CHILE
* 6-7 FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC
* 1 TBL SPN MIXED SEEDS
(FENNEL SEED,WHITE SESAME SEED,CUMIN SEED,
BLACK SESAME SEED & NIGELLA SEED)
* 1/4 TSPN GARAM MASALA
* 1 TBL SPN SABJI MASALA (OPTIONAL)
* 1 TBL SPN CORRIANDER-CUMIN PDWR
* 1/4 TSPN ASAFOETIDA
* 1/2 TBL SPN TURMERIC PDWR
* 1 TBL SPN RED CHILE PDWR
* 1 TBL SPN SALT(AS PER TASTE)

METHOD:-

* BOIL 2 CUPS WATER, ONCE STARTED BOILING ADD SOYA CHUNKS AND LET THE SOYA CHUNKS SOAK ALL THE WATER.

* ADD HOT SOYA IN COLD WATER AND LET IT SIT THERE FOR 2-3 MINS.

* SQUEEZE ALL THE WATER FROM SOYA CHUNKS.

*IN A PAN ADD 2-3 TBL SPN OF OIL AND ROAST ON SLOW FLAME TLL LIGHT BROWN.

* IN A COOKER ADD 2-3 TBL SPN OIL, ONCE THE OL IS HOT ADD CURRY LEAVES, HING, GREEN CHILE (OPTIONAL), GARLIC, MIX SEED, 1 CUP CHOPPED ONION.

* ONCE ONION IS TRANSLUCENT ADD CHOPPED GINGER.

* ONCE ONION ARE LIGHT BROWN ADD TOMATO.

* ONCE TOMATO ARE SOFT ADD ALL THE DRY SPICE WITH SALT AND MIX FOR 2 MIN.

* ADD 1/4 CUP HOT WATER GIVE A STIR AND COOK WITH LID FOR 3-4 MINS.

* AFTER 3-4 MINS ADD SOYA CHUNKS AND MIX WELL.

* NOW ADD 1 CUP HOT WATER STIR A BIT & PRESSURE FOR 2 WHISTLE.

* ONCE PRESSURE IS DOWN OPEN THE COOKER & ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER.

* SERVE HOT WITH JOWAR ROTI, NORMAL ROTI, PARATHA, PHULKA, OR RICE.
