Tater Tots Poutine with Beef Bourguignon and gravy

I've adapted the famous Canadian dish, Poutine, and turned it into something of its own. By substituting french fries with tater tots I now pronounce this "Poutots".

And like poutine, poutots can be covered with just about anything. Let your imagination run wild.
