Bhindi also known as Okra which is of West - African origin, called Qiu Kui in China, Vendaikai in Tamil Nadu and commonly know as Lady - Finger all over the globe. Okra is a popular health vegetable rich in calcium and potassium. Arina shows us a quick and easy way to make a crispy , slightly spicy bhindi dish !

Ingredients:
25g of bhindi (lady finger), sliced diagonally
2 tbsp of oil
1 tsp of haldi (turmeric powder)
Salt as per taste
Few coriander leaves for garnish
Juice of half a lime
2 tsp of saunf powder (fennel seed powder)
2-3 tsp of red chilli powder
