Try it and share your thoughts with us.#TawaBiryani #Biryani #ChickenBiryaniTawa Biryani Recipe in English:Ingredients: 2 Cup Rice (Boiled) 500g Chicken 3 Tbsp Oil1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste Salt To Taste 1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder 1 Tbsp Chili Flakes 1 Tbsp Whole Spices 1 Tsp Cumin Powder 1 Tsp Coriander Powder 1/2 Cup Yogurt 1 Cup Tomato Puree 1/4 Cup Plums 1 Tbsp Mint Leaves 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves 4 Green Chilies (Sliced) 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Tsp Fenugreek Leaves (Dried) 1/4 Tsp Food Color (Yellow) Garnish ingredients:2 Tomatoes (Chopped) 4 Green Chilies (Chopped)1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves 1 Tbsp Mint Leaves For Garnish Ginger (Julienne) 3 Lemon (Sliced) For Garnish Fried OnionInstructions: In a pan heat Oil and add Ginger Garlic Paste and Chicken then cook. Then add Salt, Red Chili Powder, Chili Flakes, Whole Spices, Cumin Powder and Coriander Powder, and cook for two minutes. Add Yogurt, Tomato Puree, Plum, Green Chilies and cook for two to three minutes. Add half cup Water and let it simmer for 5 to 7 minutes and add garnish. Add Tomatoes, Green Chilies, Mint, Coriander Leaves, Lemon and Ginger.Layer it with Rice, garnish and sprinkle Garam Masala Powder and Fenugreek Leaves. Add 1/4 cup Water and Yellow Food Color mixed with 2 tbsp Yogurt on top. Cover it and let it simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Tawa biryani is ready to serve.
