Tawa Chicken Pualo
Serves 2-3
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1/2 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1/2 tbs
-Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1/4 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1/2 tsp or to taste
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 & 1/2 tbs
-Water 1 tbs or as required
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Laung (Cloves) 2-3
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1/4 Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tb
-Mon salwa Chicken tikka boti 1/2 pack
-Water 1/4 Cup or as required
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Chawal (Rice) soaked & boiled 1 Cup

Directions:
-In a bowl,add paprika powder,black pepper powder,corinader powder,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,water & mix well.Spice mix is ready!
-On griddle,add cooking oil,butter and let it melt.
-Add onion and saut until translucent.
-Add cumin seeds,cloves,green cardamom and mix well.
-Add green chilli,prepared spice mix,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add tomato,capsicum,fresh coriander and mix well,cover and cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft (approx. 4-5 minutes).
-Add chicken tikka boti and mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add water and mix well.
-Add fresh corinader,green onion,boiled rice,mix well & serve!

Directions:
-Bowl mein paprika powder,kali mirch powder,dhania powder,garam masala powder,haldee powder, namak,adrak lehsan paste,lemon juice aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Spice mix tayyar hai!
-Tawa per cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak saut ker lein.
-Zeera,laung aur hari elaichi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Hari mirch aur tayyar spice mix dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tamatar,shimla mirch aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per tamatar naram ho janay tak paka lein (approx. 4-5 minutes).
-Chicken tikka boti dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Hara dhania,hara pyaz aur boiled chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & serve karein!
