In a bowl add chicken pieces, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice and mix well. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour.2. In a deep pan add the marinated chicken and water. Cover and cook the chicken for 15 minutes or until 70% done. 3. Your steamed chicken is ready.Directions for Chicken Tawa Piece:4.
