Tawa Mutton Malai

Ingredients for Boiled Mutton:
Mutton boneless 800 g
Water as required

Ingredients for Mutton Malai Tawa:
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomatoes (chopped) ½ cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Red chili powder 1 ½ tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Nurpur Dairy Cream 1 pack
Green coriander (chopped) for garnishing
Nurpur Dairy Cream for garnishing
Lemon slices for garnishing

Directions for Boiled Mutton Preparation:
1. In a pot heat water and add mutton, cover and boil until mutton is fully done. Strain and set aside.
Directions for Mutton Malai Tawa Preparation:
2. Heat oil on a griddle and add onion. Cook until translucent.
3. Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and cook until tomatoes get soft.
4. Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, paprika powder and cook for 1-2 minutes.
5. Add yogurt and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add boiled muuton and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Now add Nurpur Dairy Cream and cook for 2-3 minutes.
8. Your Mutton Malai Tawa is ready. Garnish it with green coriander, lemon slices, Nurpur Dairy Cream and Serve with roti or naan and enjoy.
