Special Tawa Qeema Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
700g Chicken mince
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Crushed red pepper
1 tbsp Fenugreek leaves (dried)
1 tbsp Crushed coriander
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 cup Oil
20g Butter
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
2 Onion (chopped)
1/2 cup Tomatoes (chopped)
4 Green chilies (chopped)
1 tbsp Mint leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander leave (chopped)
Directions:
In a flat pan heat oil.
Add mince on the pan and cook until water comes out.
Add garlic, onion, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leave, salt, red chili powder, crushed chili, fenugreek leaves, coriander, garam masala, turmeric and cook it for 8 to 10 minutes.
Add half cup of water and let it simmer for 5 to 7 minutes on low flame.
Cook it well and add butter in it.
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves, tomatoes and green chilies.
Your tawa qeema is ready to serve.

Cooking time: 15 minutes
