Do try this T-bone steak recipe and share your feedback with us.#TboneSteak #Steak #SooperChefT bone steak RecipeIngredients for steak: T bone steak 2Oil 1/2 cup Soy sauce 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp Garlic paste 1 tbsp Onion powder 1/2 tbsp Brown sugar 1 tbsp Red chili flakes 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp Mustard sauce 1 ½ tbspLemon juice 2 tbsp Rosemary (dried) 1 tsp Ingredients for sauté veggies: Butter 2 tbsp Carrots 4 Salt to taste Black pepper pinch Broccoli 1/4 cup Baby corn 1/4 cup Green beans 1/4 cup Ingredients for creamy mushroom sauce: Butter 2 tbsp Onion (finely chopped) 1/4 cup Mushroom (slices) 1/2 cup Water 1/2 cup Garlic powder 1/2 tsp White pepper powder 1/2 tsp Cream 1/2 cup Directions for steak: In a bowl add soy sauce, wocestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, brown sugar, red chili flakes, black pepper, mustard sauce, lemon juice and rosemary. Whisk until well combined. Drizzle this mixture on your steak and marinate it for 2 to 4 hours or overnight. Heat a grill pan and cook steak from each side for 4 minutes. Then cook it on your preference from rare, medium rare to fully cooked. Directions for sauté veggies: In a pan melt butter, sauté carrots, broccoli, baby corn and green beans. Season your veggies with salt and pepper. Turn off the flame and set aside. Directions for mushroom sauce: Melt butter in a pan, add onion and cook until translucent. Add mushroom and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add water and let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes more. Now add garlic powder, salt, white pepper and mix it well. Add cream, mix and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
