Watch this video to find out how to make Creme brulee with the flavour of fresh brewed tea.TEA CRÈME BRULEEIngredients½ cup brewed tea ½ cup fresh creamButter for greasing3 egg yolks3½ tablespoons castor sugar + for sprinklingFew drops of vanilla essenceMethod1. Preheat oven at 180ºC. Grease individual ramekin moulds with some butter.2. Heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add tea, whisk and bring to boil.3. Take egg yolks in a bowl. Add castor sugar and whisk well till light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and whisk. Add tea-cream mixture gradually and whisk well. Set aside to cool.4. Pour the mixture into greased moulds and cover with aluminum foil. Put them onto a baking tray and fill the tray with some water. 5. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.Remove from oven and refrigerate to chill.6. Sprinkle some castor sugar evenly on top and brulee the sugar using a blow torch.7.
