材料 Ingredients:
十二隻雞蛋 12 eggs
一湯匙花椒 1tbsp Sichuan peppers
一茶匙胡椒粒 1tsp peppercorn
三十五克冰糖 35g rock sugar
兩個紅蔥頭,拍鬆 2 shallots, crushed
兩片薑,拍鬆 2 slices of ginger, crushed
十克肉桂 10g cinnamon
一個草果 1 caoguo
四粒八角 4 star anise
四片肉桂葉 4 bay leaves
四包紅茶包 4 black tea bags
八十毫升老抽 80ml dark soy sauce
四十毫升生抽 40ml soy sauce
一湯匙食鹽 1tbsp salt
三十毫升紹興酒 30g Shaoxing wine/dry sherry
一公升清水 1 litre water
